Eligibility Checker Risk Disclosure

This disclosure describes material limitations and risks of using the Hecto Predictions eligibility checker (the “Checker”). It concerns the Checker only—not participation in Hecto Predictions or another Hecto product.

Read it together with the Checker Terms and Checker Privacy Policy. The list is not exhaustive, and risks can arise in combinations that are difficult to predict.

A Checker result is an administrative access signal generated under the policy version displayed with the result. It is not a legal determination, identity or sanctions clearance, suitability assessment, credit decision, asset valuation, offer, allocation or guarantee of product access.

An eligible result may still be subject to KYC, jurisdiction, sanctions, wallet, product, capacity, compliance or operational review. Hecto may delay, limit or refuse access even where the Checker threshold is met.

The Checker currently evaluates qualifying HECTO holdings and historical Hecto Score. Conversion bands, caps, the access threshold, evidence requirements and policy versions may change. A score can increase or decrease without any change in your circumstances if the policy changes.

Automated calculations can contain defects or produce an unexpected outcome. Review the factor values, timestamps, source references and policy version shown. Contact Hecto rather than relying on a result that appears inconsistent.

Holdings and Hecto Score evidence may be stale, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, duplicated, associated with the wrong linked wallet, or affected by an upstream outage. Pending or uncommitted ledger activity may not be included.

The Checker is designed to fail closed when required evidence is unavailable, but that control cannot eliminate every incorrect, incomplete or delayed decision. A later recheck may produce a different result.

The result depends on the email, primary wallet and additional wallets associated with the verified Hecto account. Incorrect historical linking, use of a secondary wallet, account compromise or loss of access to an email or wallet can prevent the Checker from locating the intended record.

Where multiple wallets are evaluated together, the result is only as accurate as the account-linking data supplied by Hecto’s member systems. Verify the account and wallet references displayed before acting on the result.

Wallet software, browser windows, authentication providers and SDKs may fail, be unavailable or be compromised. Malicious software or phishing may imitate a legitimate connection request. Confirm the domain, wallet and message before approving any signature.

The Checker’s authentication signature is not intended to move assets. If a prompt requests a seed phrase, private key, token approval or value-bearing transaction, reject it and leave the site. Hecto cannot recover credentials or reverse third-party wallet actions.

A member who authenticates with Supanova or Loop may need a supported Lattice or Walley wallet before using Hecto Predictions. An invitation, account-history link or replacement-wallet request may be delayed, unavailable or unsuccessful.

Moving HECTO to another wallet is a separate user-controlled blockchain action. Address error, incompatible wallet, network failure, compromised credentials or an irreversible transaction can result in loss. Verify the receiving wallet independently and wait for Hecto’s linking confirmation before rechecking.

HECTO and other digital assets may be volatile, illiquid, technically impaired, restricted or lose all value. Eligibility scoring does not establish the value, legality, security or suitability of HECTO and does not predict any return or product outcome.

Do not buy, hold or transfer HECTO solely to change a Checker result. Recovery guidance shows how the current access policy operates; it is not a recommendation and does not account for your finances, objectives, tax position or risk tolerance.

The Checker depends on software, networks, APIs, hosting, email delivery, Canton infrastructure and third-party wallet services. Bugs, maintenance, cyberattacks, congestion, configuration errors, outages or force majeure can interrupt sign-in, evidence retrieval, results, password reset or invitations.

Hecto does not guarantee continuous availability, compatibility, delivery time or preservation of a Checker state. Save any evidence you need and rerun the check after an interruption.

Authentication and eligibility require processing of account, wallet and evidence data. Security controls reduce but do not eliminate the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, device compromise or interception.

Distributed-ledger identifiers and activity may be visible to network participants and may be difficult to alter or erase. Using a wallet can allow separate datasets to be associated with the same party identifier.

Laws governing digital assets, prediction products, access controls, privacy and distributed ledgers vary and may change rapidly. A Checker result does not establish that a product is lawful or available in your jurisdiction.

Regulatory action, sanctions, licensing requirements or product-specific restrictions may change who can use the Checker or Hecto Predictions and may override or invalidate an earlier access decision.

The Checker and this disclosure are informational only. Nothing provided by the Checker is investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity or other professional advice.

Use of the Checker does not create a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, custody, agency, partnership or trust relationship between you and Hecto. Obtain independent advice where appropriate.

By using the Checker, you acknowledge that you understand its limited purpose; that evidence and decisions may change or be incorrect; that eligibility is not guaranteed product access; and that any later wallet or token action is separate and undertaken at your own risk.
